On December 3, 2020, on the ZOOM platform, the National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine, as part of a series of webinars for EU Erasmus+ Program project executors, held an online event “Day of winners of the EU Erasmus+ program in the direction of Jean Monet: how to successfully implement the project.” The event was organized by the National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and with the support of the Representation of the European Union in Ukraine.
The webinar was attended by members of the working group of the project from TNTU “Interdisciplinary approach to waste management research: implementation of EU practice”, which became one of the winners in the Jean Monnet category: vice-rector for international cooperation of TNTU, doctor of technical sciences, prof.
Tetyana Vitenko, Doctor of Economics, Prof. Nataliya Marynenko, doctor of economics, prof. Iryna Kramar, specialist of the international cooperation department Viktoriya Zubkova. Martin Schroeder, head of the local development and human capital section of the EU Representation in Ukraine, and Rimma El Juwaydi Abulsan, director general of the Directorate of Strategic Planning and European Integration of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, joined in the welcome speech. The event was moderated by Svitlana Shitikova, coordinator of the EU project “National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine”.
The purpose of the event was to acquaint the representatives of the winning teams of Jean Monnet projects with recommendations for managing funds (management, implementation, visualization rules, reporting), as well as to learn about the national peculiarities of project implementation based on the experience of Ukrainian universities that are already implementing projects. During the online event, participants had the opportunity to chat with speakers, exchange experiences and get answers to their questions.
More than 75 representatives of Jean Monnet 2020 winning projects, coordinators of current projects, Erasmus+ contact persons, representatives of international relations departments, accountants and financial managers joined the live connection, and the video broadcast was watched by more than 100 listeners.
